青森県産のふじりんごと言えば、糖度が甘く、果汁がたっぷりで食感もシャキシャキして人気のある品種ですよね。
青森県産りんご、バター、小麦粉、ナパージュ、杏ジャム、砂糖、アーモンド、卵、レモン果汁、食塩、シナモン、香料等
原材料をみると、青森県産りんご、バター、小麦粉、砂糖、アーモンド、卵、レモン果汁に杏ジャムやシナモンが入っているのですね。ナパージュはつやを出す液状のゼリーのようなものですが、アップルパイの上にナパージュでコーティングしているのですね。
しかも、合成着色料や合成甘味料は不使用なのは安心ですよね。

カットしている青森県産りんごは甘さ控えめで素朴な味です😊
また、100％バター生地なので、とてもしっとりしています。
また、皮つきりんごなので、シャキシャキした食感がします！
しかも、メジャーで測ってみると直径は15cm前後あり意外に大きいです。
