ファウンドリーのケーキは、白い袋と白い箱に入っています。
２時間持つ保冷剤入りは嬉しいですね！
さっそく箱を開けてみます。
きちんとケーキが１個ずつ紙でガードして形が崩れないようになっています。
【初摘みかおりの苺のショートケーキ】
苺のショーケースは立方体です。生地の間には生クリームとベリーコンフィチュールが入っています。
生地の上には阿寒酪農家の生クリームがたっぷり。シロップがかかった初摘みかおりの苺が４カット乗せてあります。
まず初摘みかおりの苺を食べてみると、イチゴそのものの甘さとシロップの甘さがミックスされイチゴの美味しさが口の中で２種類味わえる感じがします🥰
阿寒酪農家のクリームは少し甘さが控えめの感じがしますが美味しい。
生地はやわらかく、しかもそんなにしっとりしすぎていません。

タルトを横から見ても上から見てもカットしたイチゴがびっしり乗せてあります。
タルトの上には「野ばらソース」の小さな容器が刺さっているので、食べる時には野ばらソースをかけて食べます。

タルトの生地そのものが結構しっかりしており、ほどよい甘さでしっとりしています。
生カスタードクリームはまろやかな甘さです。
イチゴも甘～い！
生カスタードクリームとアーモンドクリームの甘さとラズベリージャムと野ばらソースの少し酸味が効いた味が口の中でミックスされ甘ったるくない「大人の味」のタルトですね🥰
ファウンドリーのタルトの中でもかなり美味しいと思います。
